  1. Initial client meeting to understand the clients products or services. Figure out clients needs, budget, timeline, design likes/dislikes and a color pallete.
  2. Client research – investigate the clients competitors

  4. Client logo design review via email or client meeting.
  5. Logo revisions and finalization.
  6. Collateral material designs can commence because all designs revolve around the logo design.
  7. Client review of all collateral materials.
  8. Collateral material revisions and finalization.

Web Development Process

New Website Development / Website Redesign

Clients are able to watch the website construction on a live test server throughout the entire project.

Process

  1. Initial client meeting to understand the clients products or services. Figure out clients needs, budget, timeline, design likes/dislikes and a color pallete.
  2. Figure out project budget to see what can be developed within the budget range.
  3. Create a timeline and milestones for the development stages.
  4. Design new website architecture, navigation, and user interface design.
  5. Content development can now commence.
  6. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of the developed content.
  7. Review of the user interface design.
  8. Any revisions to the user interface design implemented and finalized.
  9. Programming of content pages and any applications commence.
  10. Testing of all navigation links and functionality of any applications.
  11. Final client website review.
  12. Upload to host server and testing of entire website.

Additional Process steps if needed.

  1. Domain name registration and purchase.
  2. Set up email accounts.
  3. Application Development (forums, blogs, calendars, databases, forms, etc...)

Note: The client review and revisions of any material developed can take numerous rounds before the client is finally satisfied with the designs.
